Both! The couple will be married on a patio with a view of downtown Las Vegas. The cocktail reception will be held in the bar downstairs.
Our reception is more of a cocktail party. There will be a taco bar, snacks, & desserts and of course an open bar!
There is a parking lot behind the Commonwealth, as well as street parking.
Possibly!
Of course!
We suggest the El Cortez- it’s a block from the wedding venue!
This is a “casino invited event”- everyone needs to be over the age of 21. We are getting married in a bar!
Cocktail attire is appropriate. Please do not wear jeans.
Do not wear a wedding dress or anything remotely white. :)
Please arrive about 6pm in downtown- it will allow you time to park and get to the venue. If you are staying downtown, 6:15/6:20 should be fine! Just note; If you know the bride, you know it will start on time!
No. The building is a “grandfather” building meaning there isn’t an elevator. The guest will have to walk up a flight a stairs to get to the patio where the wedding ceremony is being held. The only bathroom is also located downstairs. So we suggest using the restroom before the ceremony. The cocktail reception is all downstairs.
Yes! Please visit the registry tab to see our gifts. After 12 years together, there isn’t a lot that Brandon and I need. We love to travel and try new things and are open to all kinds of gift cards as well.
Nope. Don’t do it please.
Be comfortable! Wear jeans, a T-Shirt, polo or a cute dress! Up to you! Just know pictures will be taken and likely posted! #vivalasvails
No problem! Come and go as you like. The party will shut down at 8pm. The bride and groom have a long day to prepare for!
That’s great! If you like, bring it to the Welcome Party. Than you won’t have to worry about bringing it to the wedding.
