Bride and groom are staying here! We have a room block at the Wynn which closes December 28th - see call-in instructions above. The Wynn is where guests will mount the stallions (load the busses) for Dinner and A Show.

If you're not staying at the Wynn, we recommend staying at the Venetian/Palazzo. You get a lot of space for a reasonable price, and this is the shortest walk to the Wynn where you'll mount the stallions (load busses) for Dinner and A Show.

Resorts World Las Vegas

If you're not staying at the Wynn, we also recommend the Hilton at the Resorts World - it is a cheaper option, and it's brand new so very clean and very nice. The welcome party Friday is located in Resorts World. This is a 15-minute walk to the Wynn where you'll mount the stallions (load the busses) for Dinner and A Show.

Transportation from Wynn to Rouge Room

February 14, 2026 5:15 pm

A stable of stallions (fleet of busses) will pick up guests from the front of The Wynn at 5:15 PM and will take them to Dinner and A Show. The stallions will depart Rouge Room at 9:00 PM and return guests back to The Wynn. The stallions will arrive bearing coolers of booze which are expected to be dry upon arrival to the Rouge Room.
