Do we need to book our rooms through the Travel Advisor provided?
Answer
Yes please! The bride and groom have reserved a number of rooms for their guests for a discounted rate. Please reach out to Gizel (Gigi) and she can assist you in booking your room, her information can be found in the "Travel" tab.

Do we need to book our flights through the Travel Advisor provided?
Answer
Not at all! After doing research online, it generally isn't cost effective to book individualized flights through a Travel Advisor. We do have the option to get group flight rates through the Travel Advisor which does offer lower rate options. Reach out to the bride or groom to see if someone is flying out around the same time as you and if you have the option of group flight rates. If you are booking individually, make sure to look out for those cancellation and change fees in this new COVID-era.

The bride and groom are tentatively flying out red eye on 11/26.

Are there payment plan options available for the flights and rooms?

Coastline Travel Advisors does offer payment plans for the hotel rooms and flights if you book through them. Please reach out to Gizel (Gigi) for more details.

How long is the flight on average?
Answer
The flight on average is 6 hours. Flights out of Las Vegas will require (1) layover no matter what.

How do we get from the airport to hotel?
Answer
Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is not included. Gizel can assist you in booking a transfer and we are also looking into group transfer rates for wedding guests. Please reach out to the bride and groom with your needed shuttle times so they can get you paired up with other guests. Another option is renting a vehicle which is very low cost in Mexico. It is about 30 minutes to get from the Airport to the Hotel.

Absolutely, positively! Henry Jr & Nashely will be a big part of the weekend celebrations and your kids are welcome too!
