What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and late arrivals will not be able to be seated once it begins.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are at Caesars Palace. After the ceremony at Venus Garden, follow signs through the hotel toward The Forum Shops—Carmine’s is located inside. The walk is fully indoors and takes about 5–10 minutes. When you arrive, please let the hostess know you’re there for the Saunders–Meixner wedding.

Absolutely! We have set aside time for toasts during the reception, and all guests are welcome to participate.

Will there be an afterparty?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be heading to Vista Lounge after the reception for anyone who’d like to keep the celebration going. It’s geared toward a younger crowd and we’d love for you to join us! 🍸🎉
