FAQs

The Wedding Website of Olivia Fortenbery and Vitor De Sousa
Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, with the dance floor fun moving indoors later in the evening.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Complimentary on-site parking is available at the venue, with space for up to 30 cars. To help make the most of the available parking, we kindly encourage guests to carpool where possible

Question

What time should we arrive

Answer

Try to be on site about 20-30 minutes before the ceremony. Please also account for finding time to park. That will give you time to say your hello's, find a seat and get comfortable.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

What should we wear?

Answer

The dress code is dressy semi-formal—cocktail dresses, suits, or dress pants with an elegant top are perfect. To maintain the tone of the celebration, we kindly ask guests to avoid white, green, and particularly bright or neon colors. Since the wedding will be mostly outdoors in early February, we recommend bringing a warm layer so you can stay comfortable throughout the evening. It’s a stylish and classy evening, and we’d love everyone to look and feel their best!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

This celebration is an adults-only event, with invitations extended to close family and the wedding party. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare so you can relax and fully enjoy the ceremony with us

Question

Do we need to bring anything?

Answer

While it is not required to bring a gift to attend, we do welcome them as a token of your warm wishes for our special day and the beginning of our new life together. If you have questions about the registry, or gift options you can call at (TBD)

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving food and drinks.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by Friday, December 26, 2025. To make it simple, all RSVPs will be collected online.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

While we wish we could accommodate all dietary needs, we’re only able to offer limited options at the wedding. We kindly encourage guests with specific dietary restrictions to plan accordingly before the meal
