Shuttle Service: Point to Point Limo Hotel Pickup Locations: Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, and Home2Suites (all within close proximity) Arrival Window: Guests should be downstairs and ready between 4:05 PM – 4:15 PM Departure to Venue: Shuttles will begin departing at 4:15 PM and will be fully en route by 4:30 PM sharp. Number of Trips: At this time, we are planning for one shuttle trip. Our coordinator, Christina Richardson, will be monitoring transportation in case additional trips are needed. Yes! There’s on-site parking at both the church and Stone Tower Winery for anyone driving themselves.
Black Tie Optional Tuxedos and formal gowns are welcome; suits and elegant cocktail dresses are perfectly appropriate.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors (no weather stress here!). The Stone Tower patio will be open to enjoy the views.
St Francis De Sales is a Catholic Church, and our ceremony will be a full Liturgy with Matrimonial Rites.
Following our ceremony, there will be a short break before the evening festivities begin. Guests are welcome to head back to their hotels to freshen up, grab a bite or a drink, or explore charming downtown Leesburg.
