FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

On the RSVP screen you will see exactly who we have included in your invitation (including significant others, children, etc.). Unfortunately, we have limited space for our guests and have thoughtfully created our guest list to be able to celebrate with as many of our people as possible. Therefore, we can only accommodate the people included on your invitation.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that our guests arrive in cocktail attire. We recommend tea length or midi dresses for the ladies and slacks and a polo for the men. Please refrain from jeans, t-shirts, flip flops/slides, etc.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to have an adult only wedding, accommodating guests 14+ years of age. This is with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearers. We want our guests to be able to enjoy some drinks and celebrate the day with us! Have a date night and let’s do our part to stimulate the local babysitter economy ;)

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. Then cocktail hour will be outdoors, with access to the indoor reception space. Reception will be primarily indoors with access to the outdoor space where cocktail hour will be spent.

Question

When should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00 pm. We ask you to arrive at 15-30 minutes prior to allow proper time to find the property, complete parking, and find your seat before the ceremony begins. Those who arrive after 3:00 pm will be kept aside as to not disrupt the processional or ceremony.

Question

Are there nearby hotels?

Answer

Yes! Please go take a look at our “Travel” tab of our website. It will show the hotel names, address, and phone number. Just give them a call and make sure to say you are with the Vitantonio-Vincent wedding for the discounted block rate! The hotels are just 10-15 minutes from the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

Two shuttles will be provided for transportation to the ceremony. There will also be a shuttle provided at multiple points of the evening to return to the hotels. Please see the travel tab of the website for a full schedule. Visit the hotel desk for sign up sheet so we can ensure everyone makes it to the venue in a timely manner.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There is an onsite parking lot with minimal walking required to the venue. Handicap guests are able to be pulled up directly to the ceremony and reception space. We also will have a shuttle running from the hotels so feel free to utilize this as well!

Question

If I need to, can I leave my car over night?

Answer

In the event you have one too many or otherwise don’t feel safe driving home, you are welcome to leave your car overnight as long as it is picked up promptly Sunday morning by 10 am. You may either catch a ride or use the shuttle to return to the local hotel.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request our guests RSVP by July 13th, 2024. Please use the “RSVP” tab or button on our website OR scan the QR code from your invitation to reach the RSVP screen.

Question

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

As of July 13th, 2024, we will assume all non-answered RSVP’s as “not attending”. You will be so missed at our celebration! At this time we will need to provide the final headcount at that time to our vendors. Unfortunately, that means if you do not RSVP in time, we may not be able to accommodate you on our special day.

Question
