We’re getting married

Michael and Vita’s love story began in the summer of 2016 — a season that neither of them could have known would change their lives forever. At the time, they were both enjoying their final moments of high school surrounded by friends and celebration, unaware that fate was already weaving their paths together. One day, Vita received an unexpected message on Instagram from Michael — a simple hello that would spark something extraordinary. Michael, curious and secretly hoping to find a prom date, reached out, and from that moment, their connection was instant. After a few adventures together — long drives, spontaneous outings, and countless shared laughs — they discovered they were kindred spirits, two old souls who had finally found their match. Though they had walked the same school halls since sixth grade, it wasn’t until those final months before college that they realized they had been each other’s missing puzzle piece all along. Their senior year ended with beautiful memories: dancing the night away at prom and proudly walking side by side at graduation — the beginning of their forever. That summer was nothing short of magical. From woodworking in Michael’s garage to spontaneous trips to Lake Tahoe, midnight cooking sessions, and nights spent stargazing on the golf course, their bond grew stronger with every passing moment. When it came time to head off to college — Michael to Chico State and Vita to the University of Nevada, Reno — they faced the challenge of long distance with unwavering love and commitment. Five years, countless road trips, a million hours of FaceTime, and endless shared dreams later, they both graduated and returned home to Brentwood, CA. Being just minutes apart once again, surrounded by the love and support of their families, felt like coming full circle. After seven incredible years together, Michael and Vita began the next chapter of their story in Walnut Creek, CA — ready to continue building a life filled with laughter, adventure, and love. They look forward to traveling the world, starting a family, and continuing to create beautiful memories together with the people who have supported their journey from the very beginning.
