Yayy We Are Getting Married!!

It all started back in 2004 when two high schoolers awkwardly crossed paths, barely knowing that the universe had a whole epic plan in store for them. Fast forward to 2008: cue the late-night text messages that had us both secretly smiling at our phones (you know, the classic “no, you hang up first” phase). Then came 2009, when, over a nerve-racking phone call, we finally decided to spill the beans and make a pact—marriage, but only once we had our career ducks in a row. With stars in our eyes and dreams in our heads, we dove headfirst into building our futures. The US became our playground as we chased advanced degrees, learned all the things, and plotted our next big moves. Career successes followed, and with them came some super adult-y milestones: the thrill of buying our very first car in 2021 (hello, freedom!) and welcoming our four-legged bundle of joy in 2022 (paws and all!). Then, in August 2024, we took the leap and unlocked our ultimate achievement—a cozy, dreamy home of our own. Now, as November 24, 2024, approaches, we’re gearing up for the grand finale—the one we’ve been waiting for through it all. It’s like the cherry on top of this two-decade-long sundae, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come! Here’s to the journey, the laughs, and all the amazingness still ahead.
