Please ensure you officially RSVP by 1 February 2026. If you do not officially RSVP by this date, we unfortunately may not be able to accommodate you on our special day. We understand that destination weddings involve a significant financial expense, and other factors (such as family or work commitments) may mean you aren't able to celebrate with us in Santorini. We will be aiming to provide a livestream for those unable to attend. We kindly ask you that you still RSVP or inform us of your decision not to attend by 1 February 2026.
We recommend booking transportation in advance. It may be difficult to call a taxi on the night, so please ensure you arrange transport to and from the venue well in advance. Private transportation is relatively inexpensive and reliable.
Formal attire, dress to impress! Remember, it is summertime in Greece. Linen dress shirts and lightweight suit jackets for men are suggested. For our ladies, long, flowy dresses are recommended. Please no jeans or short dresses!
We want all of our favourite people to be completely present and in the moment with us during the one of the most important celebrations of our lives. We kindly ask that all phones/devices are on silent and put away for the duration of the ceremony. We have invested in outstanding professional photographers and videographers who will capture every moment!
Our ceremony will commence at 5:30pm, however guests can begin arriving from 5:00pm onwards. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. We will have refreshments available upon arrival for all guests. Please note, once the ceremony commences the doors will be closed and no entry will be allowed until the ceremony is completed. After the ceremony, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour followed by a reception filled with food, drinks (yes, an open bar), and dancing! Our last song will be at 11:50pm with the reception to conclude at midnight.
We have reserved a number of seats for each guest which will be included in your invitations. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests.
If you are joining us solely for our special day, we recommend at least staying 2-3 nights in Santorini. We highly recommend staying longer, if possible, and exploring not only Santorini but other Greek Islands. Greece is rich with history, culture, amazing food and nightlife! Mykonos and Ios are the two closest islands and are only a short ferry away. Fun fact, you can see Santorini from the island of Ios (where we got engaged!)
Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift of them all! We are extremely thankful to celebrate with our loved ones and to have you all in our lives. For those who have expressed interest, we have set up a newlywed fund to help us build our new lives together as a married couple. Should you wish to contribute, we would be sincerely grateful for your support. There will also be a wishing well box displayed on the night if you wish to give us a card on the night.
