Yes! Guests must stay at our resort and book from the link under the "Travel" tab to attend any of our events. Per the resort, guest who do not book with the provided link will not be able to attend events.
Yes! 3 nights! While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-6 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you must stay 2 nights, please contact our travel company at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through our travel company allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.

The resort is approximately a 70 -minute drive from the Cancun International Airport. We've been able to negotiate a discounted rate for transfers to and from the airport. You can find that information under our Travel tab.
Yes please! We would love for you to take photos and videos and share them with us! We've also hired a great Photo and Video team to capture our special moments. Please be mindful of both teams so they can help us capture our special day.

At this time, Mexico does not have restrictions for U.S. citizens to enter the country. A negative COVID-19 test is not required at this time. You may be subject to health screenings on arrival into Mexico. Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) prior to your arrival in Mexico.
Welcome to paradise! The temperature can range from low 70s to high 80s °F during the month of April. Be sure to bring tons of sunscreen, bathing suits, sunglasses and any other items that can protect you from the sun. We also encourage our guests to stay hydrated during their stay in Mexico.
