When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1, 2026. The earlier you respond, the better, as this will help ensure you’re able to reserve a room at the Hyatt—the most convenient option, as the majority of our wedding events will take place there. Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, as it will host all wedding events except for the wedding ceremony, making it the most convenient option throughout the weekend. We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at a special discounted rate of $149 per night (plus tax). Is attendance required for all events?

No—attendance is optional for each event. Please feel free to join us for whichever events best fit your schedule, and kindly RSVP for the specific events you plan to attend. Each event is meaningful and celebratory, and we’re honored to have you join us for any portion of the weekend!

Due to capacity limitations, we kindly ask that guests attend only with their spouse and children.

Yes, there is ample public parking available.

Is there parking at Hyatt?

Answer

Hyatt Regency Rochester is attached to the South Avenue Garage and the South Avenue Garage is owned by the City of Rochester and includes 6 electric car spots. Overhead clearance for the garage is 7’. The most convenient entrances for our guests are the Hyatt Motor Court (125 Main Street) and South Avenue. Take the Garage elevator to the 2ⁿᵈ floor for the hotel Entrance.

Do you have a registry?

We do not have a registry—your presence is the greatest gift. If you wish to give a gift, you are welcome to do so at any of the events you attend.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation details, including any hotel-to-temple shuttles, will be shared on our website closer to the wedding date.
