Our hotel block is across the freeway from one of the best outlet centers around. With three main areas and around 160 shops, the Premium Outlets are perfectly located for you to take full advantage of your Southern California shopping experience.
Edwards Cinemas
Located across the freeway from the Hampton Inn hotel, you can catch the latest flick and even some on IMAX.
Point Mugu Rock
We used to frequent this spot often when Joe and Lauren both lived in Ventura County. We'd often go just before sunset and sit on the rocks. Sometimes we'd be lucky enough to see some seals, one that we occasioned to nickname Sammy the Seal.
In-N-Out Burger
If you're someone from California who has since left the area, or is from out-of-town and like to savor "local flavor", you can't miss In N Out. It is a staple for Joe every time he ventures down towards California, and has always been one of our favorite places. It's also great if you're out late and want a quick, good bite, as they are open till 2am even day.

Bread Basket Cake Company
Located in the shopping center across from Hampton Inn, this bakery is known for spectacular cakes (they’ve made many cakes for weddings and Hollywood events) They make delicious muffins, cookies (their Zebra cookie is delish), and sandwiches.

Craving a NY style bagel or deli sandwhich, then you’ll love this local favorite.
Carrara Pastries
Fan on Food Network? Do you like authentic Italian pasta, pastries, and gelato? If you answered yes to any of those questions, you may want to check out Cararra Pastries. Owned by Dameano, a contestant on Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship, and his brother this casual restaurant is known for its spectacular pastas, pasteris and gelato.

Located in the shopping center across from Hampton Inn, you can choose from over 10 different flavors of gelato. This family owned business offers board games while you sit and enjoy your dessert (or snack)

Drop in to enjoy fresh fish, great clam chowder, and the hustle & bustle inside this relaxed restaurant, with a view of the lively Ventura Harbor and mountains from thie patios.
