There are many thing to do in Colorado Springs, here is a list of a few options that you have in case you are in town for a few extra days.

This is the first coffee shop that we visited together. It's a very cute little local place in Manitou Springs (where you can walk around and browse the local shops)

There is so much to see and do here, if you want a cute little town you can walk around you should visit here! Be prepared to pay for parking though!
Helen Hunt Falls Visitor Center

If you enjoy being in nature, this is an easy spot to visit. It's not exactly a "hike" but there's a beautiful waterfall.
