Tahoe Beach Party!

Bring your game face for some sports games :) There are sand volleyball courts and Zach and I have reserved the pavilion for four hours and can be a meet and greet spot for all guests that want to attend. The pavilion is right next to the sand courts and a grass area (a large overhang spot for large gatherings). Finding spots on the beach nearby is welcome too! There may be some summer traffic getting in and parking so plan accordingly. Maybe try and carpool with friends and family. Park across the street at Safeway (we think you will be fine for a few hours) or if you can find parking at the state park or surrounding neighborhoods. Safeway address: 7815 N Lake Blvd, Kings Beach, CA 96143 Attire: Bathing suits! Bring a jacket/towels etc. because it can get windy.
Welcome Party

Semi/Casual Attire- Men: Collared shirt, fun summer shirt, polo shirts, lightweight pants/shorts, nice sandals or sneakers, Women: fun light dresses, skirts, sundresses, cocktail dresses, wedges/heels. Men and women may want to bring a jacket because it can get colder at night.
There will be a few bites passed around for all guests to enjoy some food. If kids or adults want to order more that is an option as well, but we are providing some banquet-style options that will be available for all. They have a great selection of custom draft beer, seltzers, cider, and kombucha. They also have a selection of wine drinks and non-alcoholic drinks. This event will have open mic to all guests!!! Zach and I welcome anyone who wants to partake in saying a few words. Light music will be on for the party while people eat, drink and mingle. If this interests you make sure you come prepared to claim a stake in line :) First come first serve. This is a ten-minute walk from the Marriot Hotel!!

Wedding

Semi-formal. Theme is very natural, summer (florals) and nature-filled! Men please avoid shorts and sandals. Ties are not required, but suggested. For women, mid-length and maxi dresses suggested, but not required. This is an all outdoor wedding venue. A small light jacket might be suggested as the weather can drop at night. Keep an eye on Sierraville weather app. Bring your fresh looks & dress up
The address can be found on apple maps!! Keep an eye out for a sign that says "Dancing Pines". Transportation: Zach and I have scheduled a shuttle to help the majority of guests have a ride to and from Dancing Pines to the Marriot hotel. Unfortunately, not all guests will be able to participate in the shuttle service. We will let you know if you can be included in this!
After Party

After the event, guests who want to keep the party going can join us in downtown Truckee at this dive bar for another beer and dancing! This bar is a 15-minute walk from the Marriot Hotel where everyone will be staying just FYI so walking is very accessible :)
