What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive and be seated by 1:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Guests who arrive after the processional has started will be asked to wait until the wedding party has entered and the bride and groom are seated before entering.

What is the plan for the day?

1:45 PM – Arrive & be seated | Ceremony 2:00 PM – Ceremony begins | Ceremony 5:00 PM – Cocktails & hors d’oeuvres | Reception 6:30 PM – Dinner is served | Reception 8:00 PM – Dancing begins | Reception

What should I do for two hours between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Please feel free to go back home or back to your hotel at this time. You could also grab a coffee on congress or take a stroll around the neighborhood. Joseph and Virginia will be taking photos during this time. Please arrive at the reception promptly at 5PM for cocktails and bites.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal - please dress to impress! Women: Floor-length or ankle-length gowns are recommended. Men: A suit or tuxedo is appropriate.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to stay with us for the weekend at The Westin La Paloma Resort. We’ve reserved a room block with 40% savings for our guests. Staying on-site will make it easy to relax, enjoy the weekend, and celebrate together! If you are interested please view the hotel booking section of the website.

Memorial Day Weekend?

We would love it if you stayed in Tucson from Friday until Monday. We will be having wedding events on Saturday and Sunday. We hope you can join in on the fun.

What is the dress code for brunch?

Answer

Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Think linen, sundresses, and light summer fabrics. We’ll be dressed in summery attire and hope you will be too.
