Flight
For guests flying in from out of town (thank you!), we recommend flying into the Charlottesville Albemarle Airport. The Charlottesville airport is approximately a 20 minute drive from downtown Charlottesville. Taxis and Ubers can be readily found at the airport. For the more intrepid travelers, you could fly into the Richmond Airport (~1 hour and 15 minute drive from downtown Charlottesville) or into the Washington Dulles International Airport (~2 hour and 20 minute drive from downtown Charlottesville).
Hotel
Buses for all guests will leave the Omni Hotel at 2 PM on January 4th and take guests to the UVA Chapel. Parking is available at the Omni. The ceremony at the UVA Chapel will start shortly after the buses arrive. Once the ceremony has concluded, buses will then take guests from the UVA Chapel to the reception at King Family Vineyards and then back to the Omni Hotel after the reception. There will be several rounds of buses departing from King Family Vineyards (one leaving after dinner and other buses leaving at various times until the party ends!) We have a limited discounted room block available at the Omni.
