FAQs

The Wedding Website of Violet Riggle and Reese Miller
If you have any other questions than what is listed here, please feel free to reach out to the Bride, Groom, or Maid of Honor!
Question

How & When should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining." We ask that you kindly RSVP by June 15, 2026.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by June 15, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love celebrating with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

What if I RSVP'd and cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the Bride or Maid of Honor know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

In effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Your formal invitation will be addressed to "{Your Name} & Guest" if you have received a plus one - they will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in Garden Party Formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes floor length, midi, and tea length gowns. For men, this includes suits and tuxes (please no jeans). The wedding party will be in olive green dresses and black suits. The ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area. Please take that into consideration when choosing your shoes!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00PM. Please arrive by 5:45 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to park, make your way to the ceremony location, and be seated before the ceremony begins.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present when we say "I do." Our wonderful photographer will capture this moment for us and we promise to share those photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us for guests aged 21+, and we will have several non-alcoholic choices too. Alcohol will not be served to anyone underage, so please don’t bring your fake IDs!

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has limited on-site parking. If on-site parking is full, please park across the street from the Garden Center and there will be a security guard to guide you.
