When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are hosting a 21+ event which will include alcohol, loud music, and dancing. Due to this, we have opted not to invite children to this event. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space constraints, only the guests listed on your invitation are included. If you have a date/guest that is not included in your invite when you go to RSVP, you may reach out to us to see if we have the space to accommodate!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for this event is Semi-Formal / Cocktail / Formal attire. Please no jeans. Please no white.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location and there is on site parking available. IF NEEDED, you are permitted to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight. Please have it parked in the furthest spots from the venue. Vehicles left overnight MUST be picked up by 10:30 AM the following day

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Guests will need to find their own method of transportation between the hotel and the ceremony, as well as on the way back. IF NEEDED, guests may leave their vehicle at the venue overnight. Please park vehicles in the furthest spaces away from the venue. Vehicles left overnight MUST be picked up by 10:30 AM the following morning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The RSVP includes a question for any dietary restrictions. Please include any allergies in your RSVP response so that we may plan accordingly.

We have a hotel block rate at the Hampton Inn & Suites in West Chester, OH (9266 Shulze Drive, West Chester, OH 45069). Additional hotel recommendations can be found on the "Hotels" tab of this website.
