Violet and Bradley met at Ted Brown Music in Puyallup in January of 2024. Violet had lent her guitar to her brother and needed to replace the strings afterwards, so she took it into Ted Brown Music that chilly winter day. She never would've guessed that she'd meet Bradley, who she'd thought was very cute and charming. Of course, Violet is dense when it comes to romance, so when Bradley gave her his phone number on the back of his business card with an offer to buy her guitar, she thought, "hmm. that's odd! I don't want to sell a guitar I just put new strings on." Fortunately, Violet was determined. She brought in a different guitar the next week with hopes of hitting it off with the handsome instrument salesman. Ted Brown accidentally shipped this guitar to a different store, which led to an email from Bradley, apologizing profusely for the mix-up. He then made a final attempt, signing the e-mail with his phone number again. Violet finally picked up on the signal, reaching out to Bradley shortly after. The two of them hit it off and have been inseparable ever since.
