What kind of food and drink does the venue offer?

Answer

We are able to host a "pizza bar" with many different options and deserts. Drinks are ranging from punch, soda, wine, to water that are all free. Feel free to BYOB if you're picky about your beer!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal dress is requested, there will be an evergreen floral theme. Dark greens, Sage Greens, Dusty Rose, Sienna Oranges and cream colors will compliment our type of "evergreen" love.

Why is the invitation only for the Reception?

Answer

Our Closed Ceremony is an intimate and private event that we decided on after long and careful consideration. We are so excited that you'll be able to join us to celebrate during the reception!

Will it be an open bar?

Answer

We have free drinks available in all categories of alcoholic and non alcoholic varieties. It is "open" as long as supplies last

What does the after party include?

Answer

The bride and groom wish to enjoy downtown Flagstaff at the end of the night to party a little longer - the destination and time lines will be clearer by the end of the night. Likely a circuit from Yucca to Rendezvous

Are there any hotel or lodging discounts attached to the wedding?

Answer

No, sorry! We recommend the AirBNB scene, we know there's a couple close by the venue. Our available guest rooms have already been situated.

Do I need to do anything?

Answer

RSPV accurately and ASAP! Our teacher brains will not likely be capable of following up until it's too late. You may have already been contacted about an odd job or two, but if not -- we're just really glad you're going to be there!!! Your job is to DANCE and CHEER along!
