Even though we started to get to know each other through an online site, it soon became clear that we were meant to be together! Less than a month after we started talking, Jeff booked a flight to Scotland to meet and be together. That week was proof that our love and comittment to each other had no limits. Our first, undeniable spark turned into a unique and wonderful bond that only soulmates can have. On the top floor of the Observatory Tower in NYC, Jeff asked and Viola said “Yes”.
