After many months of planning and decision making, we have decided to cancel the wedding. As many of you know, Andrew just recently started his career in finance; with that career choice we have recently moved out of our home state which has made wedding planning a lot more difficult and more expensive. After reviewing the overall cost and our stress levels this year, we have made the very difficult decision to forego our wedding ceremony and reception. As many of you know, we are already legally married and the ceremony was going to be our chance to celebrate not just our love for each other but our love for each and every one of you. We have spent months discussing all of our options and we have decided that we would rather take a private vacation than spend all this money on one evening. If you would like to send us a gift, I have left our wedding registry up on our website for now. We understand that funds are tight these days (as it is one of the reasons for cancelling the wedding), so please do not feel as though we are expecting something. We ask that we are given some grace during this period as we transition through this. We also want to thank everyone that has been involved in planning everything up until this point! We've got your addresses. We'll send post cards ;)
