What is the dress code?

Answer

50 Shades of Brown! We'd love to see all of our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal/formal with a twist, must be in any shade of BROWN (no rust/orange please). Long and short dresses are great! No jeans or shades of white/cream please (excluding men's dress shirts for suits).

Can I bring a date/+1?

Answer

While we would love for everyone to be able to attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally named on your invitation/RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding!

Is the ceremony/reception indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. You will have the option of being indoor or outdoor during our cocktail hour. Please remember this is summer time in Texas so dress accordingly!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:45pm and the doors will be locked during the processional for photo/video purposes. Please arrive 30 minutes prior so that everyone may be seated on time.

Where do I park?

Answer

The venue has a big parking lot behind it to accommodate all guest vehicles, as well as street parking. There will be signs to guide you. We do encourage everyone to use Uber, Lyft, or the group share app Fetii (use code: DTXTV for a free ride- minimum of 5 people) because there will be an open bar! Please drink responsibly :)

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the littles ones participating in the ceremony. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Open Bar?

Answer

Of course! Along with our buffet style dinner there will be an open bar. The drinks are on US but the hangover is on YOU! ;) Drink responsibly!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. Don't worry, the officiant will give you all a special moment to take a quick picture afterward!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending". If it is after the RSVP deadline, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Our venue is very strict about deadlines, therefore if you miss the deadline you will be removed from the guest list.
