The Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes
We highly recommend a visit to the Grotto during your visit. It is one of the most sacred places on Notre Dame's campus. Visitors to Notre Dame's Grotto light hundreds of thousands of candles every year.
The Lakes at Notre Dame
This is where Michael proposed in 2023. It is our favorite spot on campus to go for a walk or run. This 2-mile loop around both lakes offers beautiful view of the Basilica and Golden Dome.
Rohr’s
Located in the Morris Inn, it is a great place to grab a bite to eat or a drink.
Peggs
This is one of our favorite breakfast spots. We would often come here for breakfast Sunday morning after a home game. Located in downtown South Bend.
Macri's Italian Bakery
This is our favorite lunch spot and bakery. We also enjoy getting dinner at Carmela's - located in the same building. It offers amazing Italian food and has been a staple in South Bend for many years. If you are looking for a place to grab lunch, dinner, or just a sweet treat, we highly recommend stopping here.
