To make a reservation you do not need to pay at the time of booking, you will see a hold for USD$1.00 placed on your credit card by the property name and can cancel or make changes (based on availability) up to 24 hours prior to check in. With the Promocode you are not restricted to any room type, and you can choose any room category. Therefore, there is no specific room block. We recommend that you book as soon as possible as the travel dates are subject to the website availability at the moment of making the reservation. Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note: • Flights are not included in these rates. • The available travel dates are February 24th, 2026 – March 3rd, 2026. The rates provided below are available within this group for these dates. • The minimum length of stay at Finest Playa Mujeres is 3 nights. • Our wedding will be held on Friday, February 27th, 2026 • Our Promo-Code expires on December 1st, 2025. After this date, you would only be able to book your room with regular, non discounted rate. • All the reservations will be charged in full thirty (30) days prior to your arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process. • You can cancel for any reason up to 24 prior to check in. • Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. • No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure. • Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. The airport is about 30 minutes to Finest-Playa Mujeres AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Free airport transfer includes 1 luxury private round-trip transportation per room reservation; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport to Finest Playa Mujeres. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of minimum three nights, made directly through the Finest Playa Mujeres official website or its reservations center. Transportation Service must be booked directly through Seasons Tours.
