How can I book transportation to the resort? Is it included?

Transportation to the resort from Cancun International Airport is provided when you book a minimum 3 night stay with our promo code! This includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation. Once you have your flight and room booked, please email transfers@seasonstours.com to provide flight details so they can arrange pickup.

Beach Cocktail Attire which is semi-formal beach wedding attire. Some inspiration from The Knot below: From The Knot - Mens: If you're shopping for menswear, start with a classic long-sleeve button-down and dressy pants; then, add a colorful blazer or patterned sport coat for festivity. Appropriate footwear includes nice loafers and on-theme boat shoes. Ties not required. From The Knot - Women's: Women can wear a semi-formal dress, like a maxi or midi, as well as a jumpsuit or dressy separates. A beach cocktail dress code gives you the flexibility to choose a vibrant color or bold print. TLDR - no tuxedos or ballgowns, & leave the stilettos at home :)

What dates should I book?

Our promo code has a three night minimum and is active from 12/3 - 12/10, feel free to come early and stay longer to take advantage of the promo code! We'll be there the entire time! There will be a welcome dinner on December 5th and the wedding will take place on December 6th. Most guests are planning to check in Thursday, December 5th and checkout Sunday, December 8th.

How do I book a room?

Please call the hotel directly (1-866-211-6223) to book using our promo code. There is a 5 night minimum when booking on the website, however they can overwrite and change to 3 nights on the phone. To view the rates online: 1. Visit www.excellenceresorts.com/riviera-maya-cancun/excellence-riviera-cancun 2. On the booking window on the bottom of the page, add in your dates or 12/3-12/8 for the 5 nights, select number of guests, enter in the promo code AWGDEC24XRC and click Check Availability. Steps to Book: 1. View rates and room types on the Excellence Riviera Cancun Website 2. Call the hotel to book, they will overwrite the 5 night minimum to 3 nights if desired (feel free to add additional days, our promo code is active 12/3-12/10 and we'll be there the entire time!). Use the promo code: AWGDEC24XRC 3. They will send you an email with the confirmation number and a link to put down a $1 deposit 4. Enter your payment information through the link to place the $1 deposit 5. Hotel will charge the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival

When is the deadline to book a room?

Please make all reservations using our promo code prior to Oct 3rd! Any changes made after 10/3 will be subject to the current room rate (without promo code). As a reminder, we don't have a wedding block, so once rooms are sold out they are gone!
