Code of Attire
Women are asked to wear a dress or skirt that reaches below the knee and is not form-fitting. All tops should have sleeves, no low-cut necklines and no open backs. As the ceremony will be held in a Traditional Roman Catholic Church, head coverings will be required for women when inside of the church, and will be provided by the bride and groom upon arrival. Men are asked to wear a formal suit and tie, or dress shirt and dress pants. Jeans, shorts, and T-shirts are not to be worn in church. This dress code can also be found on an additional card attached to the formal invitation guests will receive, and will be required for all who are in attendance. Just like the humble couple at Cana, we should remember that Christ and His Mother are first on the invite list and that we should conduct ourselves through the ceremony and reception in a manner which would find approval in their eyes.
