Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like to have all of our RSVPs by September 1st. You may RSVP online or send us the physical RSVP from your invitation. If we have not heard from you by the 14th of September, we will assume you are not joining us.

What should we wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses. Make sure to check the weather a few days before, Colorado fall can be unpredictable!

How far is the airport to the venue?

Answer

DIA is 30 miles from the wedding venue. We don't recommend that you Uber or Lyft. There are trains from the airport that will get you into Denver and from there you can get a lyft or take another train to the Federal center (especially if you have booked your stay at one of our hotel blocks!) If you are planning to extend your stay, we recommend that you rent a car. The Denver/Metro area does not have convenient public transportation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony has a hard start time of 2:30PM. We ask that you arrive and are seated no later than 2:30PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at one of our selected hotels (under accommodations) there will be a van service to and from the venue. If you rented a car or are local, there are 200 spots at the Pines and an additional parking garage to the west that you may park in. Cars may not be left overnight. Ubers and Lyfts are also in the area.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone that was not listed on your invitation.
