When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like everyone to RSVP by September 20th, 2025. If you have not responded by this date we will unfortunately have to mark you down as 'not attending' to help provide our vendors with an exact guest count. If you need to change your RSVP for any reason, please let us know ASAP but we will not accept late RSVPs after September 20th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly start at 5:00pm. Earliest arrival to venue can start as early as 4:30pm. We ask that everyone arrives no later than 4:45pm. If you show up after the ceremony has begun, we will kindly ask you to wait off to the side to not disturb the ceremony.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors while the reception will take place indoors. Please bring comfortable shoes to wear on to the dance floor!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is on site parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see all of our friends and family dressed up for our big day! We kindly request that guests wear formal/black tie attire. Ladies can wear midi to floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a nice tailored suit. If you want to match the color theme of the wedding, black is recommended, however please come dress to impress in whatever makes you feel comfortable!

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to limited space at our venue. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. Only those named on your invitation are invited to help is create an intimate celebration with our close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We are having a plated style reception. Please select which dinner you would like to be served when you RSVP.

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please put on food allergies or restrictions on your RSVP or tell the couple personally! We will make accommodations the best we can. We have vegan and vegetarian options available upon request.

Will it be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us, hangover on you! Please make arrangements to get home safely.
