We would love to share our special day with as many people as possible, but due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests other than what is on your formal invitation.

The ceremony will be held outdoors with heaters/blankets (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm sharp! If you are taking the shuttle from the hotel, it will be leaving the hotel parking lot at 3:15pm. If you are coming on your own, please make sure you've left enough time to find your seat before the ceremony begins.
The ceremony will be unplugged. This means we ask no one uses their phone, camera, ipads or any other device. We have wonderful photographers and videographers to capture the moment for us.
Yes! There is an elevator on location to easily allow guests to get from the cocktail hour to the reception area.
