The wedding will be in the beautiful Valle de Guadalupe which is an agricultural region in the Ensenada Municipality, Baja California, Mexico that produces 70% of Mexican wine. It is located in the northwest of the country.
There are many roads that lead to Valle de Guadalupe. We recommend flying in to the nearest airport (Tijuana). From there it is a 1,5 hour drive.
Of course there are endless possibilities, but what we personally recommend flying into Mexico City (CDMX) and discover its history. The ancient city of Tenochtitlán, the story of Quetzacoatl and of course all the amazing food and drinks. Further travel recommendations would be : - San Carlos, Sonora - Beachfront city, known for the clarity and warmth of the ocean water in its shallow bays. Located on the Sea of Cortez. - La Paz and/or Cabo San Lucas, Baja California - (Northern West Coast) Known for nice beaches, whale & dolphin watching - Oaxaca City, Oaxaca - Traditional Mexican city, great Mescal - San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato - Beautiful UNESCO human heritage city - If you'd like to go further south, go discover the 7 color and 60 km long Bacalar lagoon.
