FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear cocktail attire. If you're unsure of the dress code or would like some inspiration, please head to the 'Dress Code' tab on our website!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 3:30 PM. This allows plenty of time to sign the guest book and find your seat before the ceremony begins. Guests arriving after the start of the ceremony will be asked to wait until cocktail hour to join us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

Timberlee Hills offers plenty of parking for all guests. As we approach the wedding day, we will provide the names of the hotels with hotel blocks, as well as the details of the transportation bus, including its schedule and location.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited to your wedding. If you received a plus, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to limited space, only children specifically named on your invitation are invited. After dinner, the celebration will transition to an adults-only event (16+). We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy the evening as a well-deserved date night!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors.

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The wedding reception will be held indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" but will give a few minutes before the ceremony begins to take pictures. However, we please ask that you refrain from taking photos after that point. We have hired professionals to capture this moment and promise to share our images as soon as they are received. After the ceremony, take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by July 4, 2026!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you are unable to attend the wedding, please indicate your regrets on the RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd, please get in touch with the bride or groom so they can make any necessary adjustments. Please do so before the RSVP deadline.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Of course! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and offering a bartender service to handle beverages. Due to venue policy, you are not allowed to bring any other alcohol on-premises.
