What should I wear?

Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at the Santuario de San Vicente de Paul Parish & Shrine of the Poor. The reception will take place at Bulwagang San Vicente, located on the 2nd floor of the church.

What time is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early. We recommend accounting for travel time and potential traffic when planning your journey to the venue.

Can we take pictures and videos during ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony is unplugged, and we plan to keep it solemn. Please put your phone down and set it to silent during the processional and ceremony. You are free to take photos once we are pronounced husband and wife. Kindly use our official hashtag #HeaVINCENTtheOnetoTRIX.

What time is the reception?
Answer
Cocktails start at 5:00 PM. Appetizers and refreshments will be served. Use this time to register and mingle with other guests. A photographer will roam around to take souvenir pictures.

Can we sit anywhere at the reception?
Answer
It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finalize the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and networking preferences. You'll be seated according to the seat plan, which can be found upon registration.

Can I bring a plus-one with me?

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you. Due to limited space and our desire to keep the event intimate, we kindly ask that you attend without a plus one. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this memorable occasion with you.

As much as we love your kids, we want the event to be for adults only. The only children attending will be those who are part of the entourage. We hope for your kind understanding.
