To me, Vincent is the big brother I never had. We met at work, and like any solid friendship, ours started with some Premier League banter. One of my favorite “fun” memories with Vinny was the time he accidentally took down a customer’s production system. It was one of my first real experiences dealing with something going down LIVE. Even though he caused it, he handled it like a pro, calmly jumping in and getting everything back up and running within minutes. The customer was barely affected. That’s just who Vincent is, even when he’s the one who breaks it, he’s the first one there to fix it. 😜
