Question

Where should I book a hotel room?

Answer

The most convenient hotel will be the Pala Casino, however I hear the rooms are booking up. Please refer to the Travel Information page for nearby hotels. Book your rooms fast!!!

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2:30pm and will last 30 minutes-ish.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There is no parking at the venue. All guests must park at the Pala Casino and be transported to the Condor's Nest Ranch via shuttle.

Question

How do I get to the venue from the Pala Casino?

Answer

All guests will be shuttled to the Ranch by Royal Lines Charter. The shuttle will transport from the Casino to the Ranch starting at 12:15pm. Shuttle times will be 12:15pm, 1:00pm, 1:45pm and 2:30pm (for all the late comers). Keep in mind there is limited seating (36 seats) on the shuttle and the walk to the Ranch is about 5 miles. Don't be THAT person! Get there early! Explore the ranch. Take pictures with the animals. Enjoy the views with a refreshing beverage. If you miss the shuttle, you miss the wedding.

Question

How do I get back to the Casino from the venue?

Answer

Royal Lines Charter will begin transporting back to the Pala Casino at approximately 8:30pm and every 45 minutes from there.

Question

How will the Covid affect this event?

Answer

Masks will be required in the shuttle, but not at the venue.

Question

Is the venue outdoors/indoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors.

Question

What's the attire?

Answer

Be comfortable! Come as fancy as you'd like. Guys: Suits are not required. A nice polo shirt, jeans and boots are acceptable, that is if your date will let you wear them. Gals: Dress up or dress down, but keep in mind that the ceremony and dinner is on grass - careful with those stilettos. The one thing we ask of everyone is to bring their dancing shoes. Our colors are red, white and blue. If you feel like participating in that color theme, that would be swell!

Question

What's the deal with the bar?

Answer

The dealio is this, the bar will be open from 4:00pm - 9:00pm, and it will be an open bar (liquor included) ... hence the shuttle.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

It's going to be delicious! Dinner will start at approximately 4:45pm. You will have a choice of BBQ tri-tip or BBQ chicken, with baked beans, mashed potatoes, a dinner roll and healthy a salad. Dinner will be a modified-covid-approved buffet style setup.

Question

Should I eat before getting to the venue?

Answer

YES! Remember dinner is at about 4:45 pm and you'll be getting there early, so we recommend a good size brunch before coming over.

Question

What time does the music shut down?

Answer

The party will end at 10:00pm. However the after party can continue at the Pala Casino.

Question

Does the shuttle continue throughout the ceremony/reception?

Answer

No. The shuttle will only be available during the scheduled times listed above. If there is an emergency and you need to leave the shindig, please notify us and we can make arrangements to have you dropped off at the Pala Casino.

Question

Do I have to stay the night in Pala?

Answer

Of course not! It’s simply a suggestion for those that plan on taking full advantage of the open bar.
