Like all great love stories, ours began a few drinks deep at an Irish pub on St. Patrick’s Day. We laughed, we danced, we drank and somewhere in between, we fell for each other. The very next morning, we went on our first “official” date—both pretending not to be wildly hungover as we got to know each other. From that day on, we’ve been inseparable (and, according to our friends, sometimes a little unbearable). Fast forward a few years to the most perfect proposal: Vincent completely surprised me by getting down on one knee at the top of our favorite hiking trail in beautiful Sedona, Arizona.
