Is there a dress code?

We'd love for our guests to dress in formal attire. Black tie is welcome but not required.

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation includes a guest, you're welcome to bring them!

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an intimate, adults only celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3PM at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark, New Jersey. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled in.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, guest parking is available in three different lots. Please allow extra time for arrival. Parking Lot A: Located behind the Cathedral Residence (enter through Ridge Street). Parking Lot B: Located at the Archdiocesan Center at 171 Clifton Ave (enter through Clifton Avenue). Parking Lot C: Located at the north corner of Park Avenue and Clifton Avenue. For the reception, Nanina’s in the Park provides complimentary valet parking for all guests.

What can I do during the break between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

If you’re staying at the hotel, this is a great time to check in and relax before the reception. You may also choose to change into your reception attire at this time. The MC Hotel is located in the heart of Montclair, with shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, as well as a lobby bar and rooftop bar on-site!

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and Nanina’s in the Park?
