Best Woman
David and I met our nerdy selves in 7th grade in orchestra! We would then go to the same High School where our friendship really started to blossom, and the rest is history! We shared so many interests and were inseparable together. My favorite things that bonded us was our sense of humor, our love for music and games. Becoming best friends with David was easy. I’m grateful for all the memories throughout these past 24 years (and rolling), and the best ones are yet to come! Of course, I was sad when he moved to San Diego, but we’ve managed to keep each other in our lives and keep our friendship strong. But most importantly, him moving eventually led him to Vince! And without that, I wouldn’t be writing this bio for their wedding!!! I’m so happy for David and Vince and can’t wait to celebrate their special day!

I met Vinnie in the Bay Area in 2011 on my first day working at the bank. We instantly clicked and became partners in crime. Less than a year later we decided to move down to San Diego together to continue our adventures. We quickly went from coworkers to friends to roommates and now family. Vinnie has been a constant in my life and I just adore him. When I first met David I knew Vinnie had found his counterpart. He is effortlessly funny and has such a caring heart. I can’t wait to celebrate their special day with everyone!

Hi! I’m Jamie and I’ve been best friends with David since the 4th grade. From the very beginning of our friendship, one thing has always been clear: we laugh the hardest when we’re together. Whether it’s sharing inside jokes, reminiscing about hilarious memories, or just enjoying each other’s company, our bond is built on joy and laughter. We share the ability to find humor in every situation, making even the simplest moments unforgettable. I’m so grateful for our friendship even through distance and time. Here’s to a lifetime of love and laughter for David and Vince - may their journey together be as joyful as the laughter we’ve shared!

Carina is Vinnie's oldest (and favorite) sister. Although he is taller, he's always looked up to her because, well I mean have you met her?! Over the years, Carina has never seen her little brother so happy and so in love. And now with David joining the family, Carina is super excited to have another (funnier) brother

It all started when my roommate in college was introducing me to “the one that got away.” From the moment David walked in, it was clear to me they weren’t going to run away into the sunset together, but for us it was an instant, life changing connection. From there we laughed, did some adventures, and laughed and laughed some more. Fast forward all these years and David is likely now my parents favorite son, an irreplaceable uncle to my kids, and true friend/brother to my husband. He sets the bar impossibly high as a human, but then he met his match in Vince. When David introduced us I felt it then, they would be running off into the sunset together with two giant dogs. I am so grateful to be a part of their special day and celebrate their love!

David and I crossed paths in 2016 when he started as a flight attendant at Southwest, where I had already been flying for eight years. From the moment we met, there was an undeniable connection, and that quickly blossomed into a lifelong friendship. Since then, we've both lived so many different lives, but one constant has remained—our friendship. Through all of life’s highs and lows, David has always been there to laugh, cry, and everything in between. He has this incredible gift of turning even the hardest days into the best ones. I’m truly honored to be part of this chapter in his life. I can't imagine anyone more perfect than Vince for David, and I’m so thrilled you two found each other. Here's to this beautiful chapter and to a lifetime of celebrations ahead with both of you!

Vince and Amanda met through friends in 2019. Despite the world shutting down, they became fast friends during the 2020 pandemic, keeping each other in shape via weekly 5am hikes in San Diego. Let’s be honest, the hikes were mostly so they could split the chicken tender platter and a round of beers at taproom afterwards.

John met David almost 13 years ago in San Diego, and instantly knew the friendship was going to be great! Always having a laugh it was only meant to be when Vince came in to the picture. This allowed us to start having double dates and enjoying what San Diego and beyond have to offer.

Vince and I met at a PRIDE party in 2018 and we have been inseparable since. We have galavanted all over the world and have had so many adventures, just make sure to keep us far away from scooters! I met David during my wedding weekend in Nashville and it was instant love, he fit right in. We painted that town red and I knew he was the one for Vince after that weekend! When I am at Vince and David's, I feel right at home. They are my family and I am honored to celebrate their love by their side!
David’s Mistress
Vince and I have always joked that we could be brother and sister. Then when David entered our lives, I found that I had this connection with David that could only be described as a bickering married couple who always loved each other at the end of the day. We laugh hard, we get each other, and we want to continue making happy memories forever. These two are the best Great Dane parents in existence. David is the best Martha Stewart dupe around and Vince is one lucky guy. I’m so excited to celebrate them. Cheers to the couple of the century!

Danielle met Vinnie circa 2016, when a Craigslist encounter forged the household roommate bond between three strangers in North Park - Monique, Christian, and Danielle. She quickly came to love Monique's extended gang of close knit friends. Vinnie and Danielle bonded over dog walks, nature hikes, and financial talks throughout the years. Not to mention countless wild nights and the shared love of live music. When she met David, she knew things were just right! A touch of magic and spice, to join the family of friends that together have thrived.

Vince and David’s oldest child, she is known throughout the neighborhood as the HBIC. She’s gentle, but strong like a bull. She loves to relax, and will take it with a side of cheese.

Vince and David’s youngest child. Dexter can con anyone into giving him what he wants. His eyes will steal your soul, but you don’t realize because it feels as if you have given it to him. He loves to play, and will need to be by your side, at all times… even in the bathroom. Just don’t think he’ll give you the tennis ball out of his mouth.
