If you book at Gull Lake View Golf Resort or The Inn at Gull Lake, we will be having a shuttle for guests to make it safely to and from the venue. If you book elsewhere, we will have you meet at the shuttle pick-up spots. Being at the unique venue of a lake house, parking is incredibly limited to our vendors assisting us that day. Please keep us in the loop of your travel & accomodation plans.
Semi-formal, dressy casual or festive works wonderfully! Please be mindful that the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Clothing has no gender, so feel free to wear whatever makes you feel like your own unique self. Due to the capacity and intimacy of the venue, we are unable to extend invites for plus-ones, unless otherwise specified.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, which means that we kindly ask that all phones are on silent and put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments in our lives and it would sadden us if these moments are unable to be captured due to phones being in the way of a photograph. We promise to share all photos of the wedding here on our website when we get them. After the ceremony, feel free to bust those phones out and capture the remainder of the day as you please! We love all of the children in our life, but due to space, we simply couldn't invite all of them! Since we're parents too, we completely understand if you'd like a weekend away 🥳
Our anticipated guest list complies with the current CDC recommendations for Michigan and this venue. We would appreciate greatly if you are eligible to get vaccinated that you do so - we will have children in attendance who are not eligible for the vaccine yet and we're doing our best as parents to protect them.
