You are welcome to bring another guest, just please let Alice or Vincent know.

Question

Is there a gift registry? What if I want to give a gift?

Answer

We are not expecting guests to give physical gifts. Your presence at our wedding is the best gift for us! If you would still like to, we prefer cash gifts, either digital or physical. If you are already based within China, please send digital cash gifts directly to Alice's WeChat. If you are traveling internationally, please send digital cash gifts to Vincent on either PayPal or Venmo: PayPal: vinelopre@gmail.com Venmo: Vincent-Elopre For physical cash gifts, we would greatly appreciate it if you provide them in the form of a traditional red envelope (hongbao) in RMB/Chinese Yuan.

Do you have any hotel recommendations in Congjiang?

Answer

We will be booking hotel rooms for guests on the night of Aug 15 and Aug 16. If you stay more days in Congjiang then we recommend Ba Sha Hotel (https://www.trip.com/hotels/congjiang-hotel-detail-6259733/ba-sha-hotel/) or Shenyao Tianyu Hotel (https://www.trip.com/hotels/congjiang-hotel-detail-72872931/congjiang-shenyao-tianyu-hotel/). Both hotels are close to each other. Any other questions for booking the hotel please feel free to contact Alice or Vincent.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Bingmei, the county seat of Congjiang, is structured like a giant loop. All of it is walkable. There are taxis that constantly circulate around the town. Hail one by the nearest main street to get inside and ask it to stop once it's near the venue. Expect the ride to take less than 10 minutes and cost less than 1 USD. If you have any difficulties though, just contact Alice or Vincent.
