Answer
All activities must remain within the designated rental venue area. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and proper manner. Children may not roam throughout the building or its perimeter and are not permitted to play in the parking lot. Anyone attending with small children or teenagers must ensure they are supervised at all times. During the ceremony, we kindly request that children remain quiet so all guests may enjoy this special moment. Guests may not enter other rooms of the building, except for the restrooms associated with the venue rental.

How many guest can attend the wedding?
Answer
To respect our venue’s 200-guest capacity, each invited guest is limited to a plus-one guest. Additional guests or children may attend only with approval from the bride and groom. Please contact us by phone or message to request approval.

Is this a child-free wedding?
Answer
We respectfully request this to be an adults-only celebration. Children will be welcomed under adult supervision at all times and must be added to RSVP's with bride and grooms approval.

What time should guests arrive?

We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30–45 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins.

Formal attire is respectfully requested. Guests are kindly asked to dress for a wedding celebration.

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Please plan accordingly.

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

Yes, the venue requires security to remain on-site until the event ends to ensure all guests exit safely.

Will catering or food service be provided at the venue?
Answer
Yes, food will be provided at the venue during dinner hours for guest. Please refer to the invitation for specific timing details.

Will beverages be provided at the venue?
Answer
Non-alcoholic beverages such as water, soda, and juice will be provided complimentary for guests. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased from the in-house bar. Well drinks are $6.00, with top-shelf liquor priced accordingly. A variety of bottled beers are available for $6.00 each. Bottle service and beer bucket options are available upon request.

Will alcoholic beverages be provided at the venue?
Answer
Guests may purchase drinks exclusively from the in-house bartender provided by the venue rental. Consumption of alcohol not provided by the venue owners anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited. Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed by anyone under 21, and alcohol may not be taken outside of the venue.

Will smoking be allowed at the venue?
Answer
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the venue building. Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area of the venue. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts in provided containers.

Answer
We recommend staying near the Bradenton or Sarasota area. There are several hotels close to the venue, and guests can also find accommodations online through popular hotel booking websites. Nearby options are the Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport.
