When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP will be July 13th, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our venders in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP’s, we hope you understand!

What if I am unsure about attending but want to RSVP anyway?

If you’re unsure about attending, please wait to RSVP until your plans are confirmed. If you can't confidently RSVP by the deadline, we ask that you respond with a no. We would like definite yes responses to help us plan accurately. Thank you for understanding!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at Pleasant's Valley Estate Vineyard in Vacaville, CA.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. We put 4 PM on the invitations to give everyone 30 minutes to say their hellos and find a seat. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, the entrance gate will be closed to prevent any disruption. When the ceremony ends at 5 PM, the gates will be reopened, and you can join us in celebration.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. No jeans or sneakers and of course, no white please.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guests name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Are kids invited?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We don't have a reserved hotel block. However, we have included recommendations for accommodation in our travel section, including two hotels nearby.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate! However, PLEASE do not drink and drive! The venue has kindly agreed to allow people to leave their cars over night if need be. However, they MUST be picked up the next day by 2 pm. We recommend using ride share apps (Lyft or Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking. Otherwise please know your DD ahead of time.
