Recommended Hotel - Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel
If you are looking for a place to stay, we recommend booking a room at Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel, where we and many of our out-of-town friends and family will be staying. Rooms average around $200 per night, and ensure that you're close to the venue without worrying about driving after the festivities.
Friday @6pm - Hangar 24 Irvine
We will be kicking off the weekend with drinks for anyone who is in town early to start the celebration! A majority of the venue is outdoors where guests can gather, eat and drink at their own leisure. There will also be a 90's tribute band from 6-9.
Saturday @5:45pm - The Ambassador by Newport Star Cruises
The reception will take place in Newport Harbor aboard The Ambassador. Please arrive on time as our boat will set sail promptly, and it won't be possible to delay departure for late arrivals. Please arrive early so that you may board promptly at 5:45. Our vessel will embark promptly at 6:00pm, and will return at 10:00pm. We highly encourage guests who are staying within the area to use Lyft or Uber to avoid drinking and driving as well as the added stress of parking. For those who will be driving, please plan your trip accordingly and study the location of the parking structure to ensure that you arrive without any issues. Also, be advised that there will be a $20 parking fee. If you are having issues finding Newport Star Cruises on your GPS, search Newport Fun Tours, which is a business that shares the same building.
