Tell me more about the dress code... What do you mean by "sequins encouraged"?

Answer

We mean that we'd love you to wear that most joyful of embellishments: sequins. But you don't have to go full Dolly Parton or full Wayne Newton. Any amount of sequins will do. You can also just do plain, old wedding fancy (e.g. sharp suits and smart dresses).

I have a super-serious dietary restriction and I'm concerned that you haven't asked about what I want to eat!

Answer

We got you! AZ 88 have been kind enough to open up their entire menu to us, allowing you to order and make substitutions just like you would at a normal restaurant. Want your burger extra well done with raw salmon on top? Inadvisable, but you do you! We're confident that you'll find something you like. This is one of our favorite restaurants after all!

Do I really need to get you two a gift?

Answer

You sure don't! Your presence is a present! Even if you can't come, you'll be (a) present at some point!

Is this one of those non-denominational, goof-around weddings?

Answer

Yes and no. Faith is really important to us. But we also wanted everyone to feel welcome at our ceremony. There will be religious readings, etc., but with an open and inclusive spirit.

I'm worried that there won't be enough Earth Wind & Fire at your wedding. Will there be enough Earth Wind & Fire?

Answer

While we cannot promise that there is ever "enough Earth Wind & Fire," our wedding DJ Matt has a special button that will play "September" when pressed. We feel that we have taken appropriate steps.
