Destination Wedding?

Answer

Yes! We thought long and hard about where to hold our wedding... Texas, New York, or elsewhere. Ultimately, we decided on a destination wedding in Cancún, Mexico, to celebrate our love of travel and create unforgettable memories with friends and family at the beach. Mexico holds a special place in our hearts as Lorena's first home, making this the most exciting choice for us! We would be absolutely thrilled to have you join us on this little vacation, but we completely understand if you can't make it for any reason. If that's the case, no worries! We can't wait to celebrate with you when we get back.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re aiming for a cocktail dress code, elegant and polished, but with consideration for the tropical climate. Dress up, but please keep the warm weather in mind when selecting your outfit. We recommend light breathable fabrics. For Women: We’d love for you to wear a cocktail dress of any length, or any formal attire you feel best in. For Men: A summer suit or full length pants with a dress shirt is perfect for our formal celebration. Ties are optional.

What are the travel requirements for Mexico?

Answer

U.S. citizens are required to present a valid U.S. passport when traveling to Mexico. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date in Mexico. If you don’t already have a passport, or if yours is close to expiring, we strongly recommend applying for or renewing it as soon as possible. Passport processing can take up to 8 weeks.

Yes!
