Where can I find the wedding details?

Answer

You need to go back to the RSVP page and search for your name. When you click on your name it'll pull up the details for the ceremony and your responses.

What shall we do for gifts?

Answer

What's the plan for food?

Answer

There will be no food or drinks at the Hindu Ceremony. There'll be arrival drinks and nibbles at 4pm at Epsom Social followed by a sit down dinner at 18.00(ish). Timing of dinner TBC.

What time is the first dance?

We're aiming for the first dance at 19.30(ish) - if all goes to plan!

How far are the Hindu Ceremony and Reception from each other?

Answer

About a 15 minute car ride. Uber's are available or you can book a taxi or even walk if you fancy it (it's about a 45 minute walk).

Will there be karaoke?

That's a hard yes. Would it be a Gazim party if there wasn't karaoke?

What's happening the evening before the wedding?

If you're coming to Epsom on Tuesday 2nd April, feel to join us for evening drinks. We'll be heading to Harts Boatyard (Portsmouth Rd, Surbiton KT6 4ES) from 5ish.

What should I wear to the Hindu Ceremony?

Answer

A lot of the guests are wearing traditional Indian clothes (sarees for women and kurtas for men. If that's not your vibe, then just something bright.

Can I wear sneaks?

YES. The bride and groom will certainly be wearing trainers.

Can I change out of my saree/traditional outfit at Epsom Social?

Answer

Absolutely! We might even have a time slot for people to change where you're not going to miss out on any fun. There are large bathrooms at Epsom Social for people to change and a cloakroom area to keep bags.

I need to book accommodation - help!

Answer

If you're looking for somewhere to stay, search for digs in Epsom, Stoneleigh, Ewell, Cheam, Chessington or surrounding areas. Uber's are available in the area although can be hard to come by.

What's the vibe at Epsom Social?

Answer

Wear something you can dance in, that you're comfortable in and that's colourful. Sneakers are advised. It's a cashless venue.

Answer

You can check what you're attending by going to the RSVP page. If you're attending the Hindu Bit, you're invited to join us for our Hindu Blessing followed by The Mixtape (reception) at Epsom Social. If you're invited to The Mixtape you're invited to our big party. We're not having separate evening guests, The Mixtape is where it's at - you're joining us for the part we hold very dear in our hearts.
