FAQs

Question

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 9th through our wedding website under the RSVP tab. If we don’t receive your response by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend. Having an accurate headcount helps us plan, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

Question

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has limited capacity. Only guests who received a physical invitation will be able to attend. Thank you so much for understanding—we’re so grateful for your love and support!

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving at 4:30pm to allow enough time for any traffic, parking and seating!

Question

ARE KIDS WELCOMED?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, due to limited space we’re only able to accommodate children who are immediate family or part of the wedding party. We kindly ask that all other guests make childcare arrangements and thank you so much for understanding!

Question

WILL THE RECEPTION BE OUTDOORS OR INDOORS?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We recommend dressing for the weather, and keeping in mind that the ceremony will take place on grass, with the reception on concrete stone.

Question

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We invite guests to dress in Western Chic: formal attire with a Western Influence— Ladies, think, gowns, long cocktail dresses with tasteful western elements like hats or elevated accessories! For the gentlemen, feel free to wear your favorite pair of boots complemented by a suit! & Of course, no white! If Western Wear is not your thing, no worries! Just come in your best elegant-formal attire. See “Dress Code” tab for visuals!
