Due to capacity restrictions, this will be an adults-only (18+) celebration with the exception of children in the wedding party.
The wedding and reception will be held at the Colony located at 22 Rock City Rd, Woodstock, NY 12498.
Please arrive by 4:45 PM as the ceremony will start promptly at 5PM! If you arrive extra early, there is a beer garden in the back that you are welcome to hang out at before the ceremony.
Yes! Free parking is available in the lot across the street.
If the weather permits, our ceremony will be held outside, and then we will move indoors for dinner and the reception. Please note, there is a beer garden in the back that will remain open to the public during the event. Guests are welcome to go back there, but the open bar will only be available inside the venue.
Dinner will be buffet style with vegan/vegetarian options available! Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can let the caterer know. We will have an open bar starting from cocktail hour until 9:30 PM, with beer and wine available the final hour. The venue has a range of non-alcoholic beverages available including tea, coffee, sodas, and NA beers.
Our dress code is formal attire! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses!
We will be hosting a casual welcome event the night before for those who are in town and want to get together beforehand! Additional details to be announced.
No, the hotels in Woodstock have limited capacity, so they do not offer hotel blocks. Check the travel page for recommendations!
