When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 15th, at the absolute latest. If you do not respond by this date, we will not be able to accommodate you, and your attendance will be marked "Not Attending".

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a final guest count to our venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVPs because of this. We sincerely hope you understand!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi Formal/Formal - Suits, Dress Shirts/Pants, Cocktail Dresses, and Formal Dresses are welcome. Please no jeans, t-shirts, dirty sneakers, etc.. If you are unsure, just ask!

What colors should I avoid wearing?

Answer

The wedding party will be dressed in dark green dresses/accessories. Please refrain from wearing dark green. All other colors are game!

Can I bring a plus one if my invite only says my name?

Answer

We are so excited to bring our closest friends & family together to celebrate! As we do have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those guests individually listed on your invitation. Guests with allotted Plus One's will have that notated on their invitation envelope and online RSVP form. Thank you for understanding!

I Don't See a Meal Selection on the RSVP Form, do I need to tell you my preferred meal?

Answer

Nope! Waitstaff will be taking everyones' main course orders at the table on the night of. If you have dietary restrictions, there is an option for everyone. The restaurant can accommodate gluten free requests, as well as most food allergens. Please inform your waiter of any allergies before ordering your dinner to ensure you are taken care of. Jess and Steven have made the restaurant aware that there are many who need special accommodations.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Between 4:00PM and 4:15PM would be the best timing. The venue does not open to guests until 3:45PM. The ceremony will begin at exactly 4:30PM to accommodate the restaurant's dining hours that evening. Guests who arrive after 4:30PM will NOT be allowed into the ceremony. Please plan accordingly.

Will there be transportation provided for hotel guests?

Answer

Yes! For guests staying within our hotel accommodations, there will be a 49 passenger shuttle bus to the venue departing promptly at 3:30PM. Please note on your RSVP if you will need to reserve bus transportation, and Jess will add you to the list. Bus transportation is first come, first served. Return service will also be provided from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please contact Jess with any questions!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to drive yourself to the venue and use their parking accommodations. Valet may be available, guests are subject to the venue valet fees + tips.

Are there any other events to be aware of over the course of the weekend?

Answer

Nope! We're only requesting your presence at our wedding ceremony/reception on November 4th. We can't wait to see you!
